I am a Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in the state of California (LMFT #124029) and a certified Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Provider. I am also a co-founder of the Southern California Therapy Collective, which provides support and community for therapists and other helping professionals so that we can be better equipped to nurture the growth and development of our clients. My primary focus is working with survivors of childhood and adult traumas (including physical, emotional, and sexual abuse) and those experiencing relationship difficulties, life-transition struggles, and professional challenges. I also enjoy working with folks experiencing anxiety and/or depression and I work through a culturally responsible, affirming, and anti-oppressive lens.

I received my Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University. In addition to traditional talk and Internal Family Systems therapies, I am certified in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy, trained in EMDR, and I employ Somatic and Mindfulness-based techniques to help clients utilize healthy coping skills. I am also in ongoing trainings pertaining to trauma and psychedelic-assisted therapies and I provide Clinical Supervision to associate therapists.
While I am trained in the use of ketamine, psilocybin, and MDMA, I currently only provided ketamine-assisted psychotherapy due to the legalities in the state of California.
