she / hers
I am a Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in the state of California (LMFT #124029). Alongside three colleagues, I am a co-founder of the Southern California Therapy Collective, which provides support and community for therapists and other helping professionals so that we can be better equipped to nurture the growth and development of our clients. My primary focus is working with adult survivors of childhood trauma (including physical, emotional, and sexual abuse) and those experiencing relationship difficulties, life-transition struggles, and professional challenges. I also enjoy working with teens experiencing anxiety and/or depression and I work through a culturally responsible, affirming, and anti-oppressive lens.
I received my Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University. In addition to traditional talk and Internal Family Systems (parts work) therapies, I am trained in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, EMDR (level 1), and I employ Somatic and Mindfulness-based techniques to help clients utilize healthy coping skills. I am also in ongoing training pertaining to racial trauma, the Neurobiology of Attachment, EMDR, and psychedelic-assisted therapies.
Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked as a producer in the entertainment industry for nearly 20 years.
